Vendor Information

Setup: One table and two chairs will be provided. Setup begins at 11am.

Clean Up: Clean up begins at 2pm. Vendors are responsible to remove any and all materials utilized.

Activity: Vendors are encouraged to operate a game of sorts for children to engage in. Prizes are
optional. Also, have material available to distribute to parents/guardians about your organization or business.

Raffle/Door Prizes: Vendors are encouraged to provide a door prize for the raffle.

Prohibited Items: No glitter, confetti, or any material that would make cleaning up difficult. No alcohol or smoking (including hookah’s and vapes) are allowed at this event.

Presentations: Presentations are available for vendors for a duration of 5 minutes. Please make sure to check the box in the registration form below.

Registration Deadline: Deadline to register is July 15, 2024.
