Mentoring Program
Ninety percent of teens lack a consistent mentor or “guide” in their lives. Schools often fail to provide an effective pathway for students to understand their uniqueness. Graduating without a clear understanding of one’s design can lead to years of misaligned choices regarding work and education. College students spend tens of thousands of dollars to discover what the Purpose Project could reveal in just a few sessions.
In both our professional and personal lives, it’s essential to continuously enhance our skills, acquire new knowledge, and regularly challenge ourselves. Having a mentor can be a valuable way to stay focused—a mentor is someone who can offer guidance, provide advice through challenges, and help steer you towards your goals. Mentorship not only fosters career development for mentees but also provides additional benefits such as:
Enhanced self-confidence
Heightened self-awareness
Development of robust communication skills
Expansion of a personal business network
Access to diverse and novel viewpoints
Cultivation of self-reflection
Advancement in goal-setting abilities
Gaining insights from the experiences of others
Acquisition of the skill to ask insightful questions
Receiving support from others
Benefiting from advocacy
Greater likelihood of promotion
Elevated job satisfaction
Plans begin at $150 and offer course durations of 6, 12, or 18 weeks, with the option of weekly payments.
