Back-to-School Supply Registration Form

Available for Guadalupe and Comal County residents.
The deadline is August 15th.

Registration is required to sign up for assistance with Back-to-School materials. Please complete the short form below. Upon receipt of your registration, an email will be sent with the information on the date, time, address of pick up along with your unique registration code. No phone calls are accepted for registration.

Pick up Requirements: Parents ID/Drivers License, Each child’s school registration and Proof of residency

Please note: Our aim is to provide supplies for every registered child. Please note that while we won’t be able to supply everything needed, we hope that what we offer will help supplement your children’s needs.
